Shipping Policy
- Products sold by us on our platform may attract shipping charges. The shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice as they are dependent on various factors like delivery state/city, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product that you see on our product page. The shipping charges on your order will be informed before your transaction is processed.
- Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
- Orders are shipped from our facility- partner’s facility to various parts of India. Our endeavor is to ship products within 5-10 business days from receipt of the order and payment.
- Our shipping cut-off time is 10 AM  IST. Orders up to 10 AM  will be dispatched same day while all orders after 10 AM will be shipped the next day.
- Orders will be shipped out on working days (i.e., Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. In a situation where the product delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination on account of a mistake by the customer (e.g., Providing the incorrect name/address, pincode, etc.), any additional costs incurred by the Company for re-delivery of the product(s) shall be borne by the customer.

Proof of delivery : For security reasons, we may  require a signature and photograph of the package upon delivery for all the orders.
 
- If the packaging is found tampered, damaged, or opened; please refuse to take delivery of the package, and immediately contact us at contact@crunchykarma.in mentioning the order reference number and should wait for written clarification from us. (Within 4-6 hours of delivery)
- Cancellations: You can raise cancellations to us within 1 hour of placing the order along with the reason for cancellation. If the order is a prepaid order the refund shall be credited to your account in 4-7 working days.
